There are many registries that offer you registration papers for you blue pitbull puppy. There is the ABKC, USBR and several others. I personally register all of my bluenose pitbulls through the UKC because they are professional, thorough, experienced and very well respected in the pitbull community. If you choose to dual register your american pitbull terrier with another registry you can easily do so by showing them your UKC papers and going through their application process. The difference is that if you attempt to cross register your pitbull with registration papers from another registry the UKC does not accept them. Other registries such as the ABKC, USBR etc..... are better for american bullies because the have a lot of shows and events to represent the breed.
What does UKC ( Purple Ribbon Bred ) mean?
Ukc purple ribbon bred simply means that 3 generations of your puppies ancestors are registered with the UKC.
How do i register my bluenose pitbull puppy?
Once you have purchased your blue nose pitbull puppy from bluefirepits.com upon receiving your pup you will be given a set of UKC papers that have been signed by us and dated on the back of the application. This signature is us signing over all right of the puppy to you, the new owner. In the section where it says (New Sole Signatory) is where you will fill out all of your information including your address. Make sure your address is current because this is were the UKC will mail you permanent registration of your pup.
There is a space on the form that asks for the color of the dog in which you will write in blue/white or the color of your pup. In the name slots below you will write in one letter in one space spelling out your puppies desired name.
Last there are payment options in which you choose your package and form of payment. You will mail the application to the address given to you on the bottom of the form. If you have any questions you can contact the registration department with the number that they have provided on the bottom of the application.
